Worship Park aims to serve the Church through pastoral initiatives and the teaching of children and through the encouragement and training of others to deliver high quality Children's Ministry.
Philip Alston heads up the work of Worship Park and he has over 30 years experience in Children's Ministry. His passion is to see the lives of children and their families impacted for the better through a personal encounter with Jesus.
Philip currently coordinates
the Kids' Church ministry at All Saints' Parish Church in Marple,
Cheshire where the team of 25 volunteers deliver lively, fun-packed,
Bible centred, Jesus focused teaching to the under 11 age group.
Philip manages the School's work within the parish and currently visits
7 local primary schools and a pre-school day nursery on regular basis.
He is always welcomed by warm smiles and happy greetings from the
children and staff alike.
This year Philip will again head-up the children's work for the 5-7 year age
group at the New Wine North and East Summer Conference in Newark. His team of
nearly 80 volunteers will develop and deliver a daily teaching and
ministry activity set to over 400 children during the week long
conference.
The team at Worship Park are always eager to support
and help others wanting to develop their Children's Ministry. We are
available to run All Age Celebrations, model our church based children's
ministry for others to experience, provide teaching for kids' workers
across a range of relevant and appropriate subjects,
help
you develop a dynamic school's work within your local area.
